WE CONSULT FOR THE BEST RESULT
We're team players at AFR! We're happy to consult on carpet construction, fibers and product content. Coordinate with design personnel in formulating carpet designs that satisfy performance specifications. Many times, architects and designers often select what they "like" not what will perform for the life of the lease, resulting in a shorter flooring lifecycle, premature replacements and increased costs. We offer advice that's in our clients' best interest.

WE GET INTO THE DETAILS
We'll provide you with material quantity requirements, detailed layout drawings, installation specifications, and detailed the cost estimates you need. Plus, we offer "value-engineered" alternates for back office space to reduce average flooring cost per square ft.

WE'RE UP TO CODE
We're up to speed on all government codes and laws, so we'll confirm that all products used meet state and federal flammability codes. We determine that no product or installation is in violation of OSHA or any other federal codes. In addition, we provide recycling services, and consult on products that satisfy environmental mission statements.

WE CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT
We can provide climate neutral materials and sustainable choice carpets and create new ways of providing value through re-entry programs. We can provide reports on the square yard of cool carpets purchased and/or reclaiming existing flooring. Plus, we provide "green" installation methods (no VOC's)

WE'LL PUT IN OUR BID
Wherever necessary AFR Inc. will formulate and review bid requests for purchase of carpet and installation. AFR Inc. can coordinate material shipments with the manufacturer and labor with installers in conjunction with you.

WE MAKE A DETAILED LIST
If required, AFR provides accurate inventories on all materials purchased and records all material shipped and installed. (This is used to capitalize on blanket orders which maximize purchasing power.)

WE'RE LIKE CHOREOGRAPHERS!
We provide complete coordination of material shipments with manufacturers, truckers, installers and your personnel. We're your one point of contact for projects anywhere in the world!

WE OFFER OUR EXPERTISE
In the event of a product dispute, AFR Inc. shall act as a qualified expert for you, to ascertain the problem and arrive at the most satisfactory and business-like solution.

WE'VE GOT FAMILY CONNECTIONS
AFR's sister company, Architectural Flooring Care LLC, offers full service cleaning for flooring. We offer all the benefits of effective cleaning programs: extending the life of the carpet, providing a clean healthy facility, and reducing the amount of carpet that goes to landfills. AFC LLC has contracts with companies like Bear Sterns, TIAA Cref, and BNP Paribus, among others.

YOU HAVE OUR WORD
On projects that AFR Inc. installs, we guarantee all material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from install date against defects in either manufacturing or installation. Any repairs due to poor workmanship shall be done at no charge to you.

BE ASSURED, WE'RE INSURED
AFR Inc. will supply you with liability insurance on all projects across the United States. We also provide appropriate documentation for international work.
